  • When will my order be shipped?

    Orders are shipped within 7-14 days  from purchase date.  Once it ships you will recieve an email with tracking info.  Arrangements can be made if order needs to be held until a desired date.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    Returns are NOT accepted. Please contact us at tennesseetropicals@gmail.com if you have any issues or concerns with you order.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after purchase. You will receive a full refund. After 24 hours an online store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount.

  • How are orders shipped?

    Orders are shipped using the USPS. .

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Local pick up is welcomed. An appointment must be made prior to picking up your order.

  • Can I come visit?

    Visits are allowed by appointment only.

  • Do you ship year-round?

    Yes we ship year round. During winter, heat packs will be supplied at no additional cost. If winter shipping is desired, we prefer to wait until weather is mild in your area to ship.

  • What happens if your plant arrives damaged?

    We pack every order with care to help prevent damage during shipping. Unfortunately, we have no control over the handling of boxes and we are not responsible for any damage while your order is in transit. However, we want you to be satisfied and ask that you please contact us in the event that your order arrives damaged.

  • Do we ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally. We are working to allow this option in the future.

  • Do you have variegated monstera?

    Yes we do. Whenever plants are available, they are listed on the shop page. If they are not listed on the shop page, then they are unavailable at that time. However, rest assured we are working hard to build up stock and root cuttings as often as we can to make them available to you. Follow our instagram and facebook pages for updates on availability.

  • Can these plants stay outside all year?

    If you experience temperatures below or near freezing in your area at any point in the year the answer is no. These are all tropical plants that do not enjoy temperatures below 40.

  • Do you have a guarantee?

    We guarantee to provide you with excellent quality, selection and customer service. Our plants are grown with care and patience. We sell the best and only the healthiest plants true to whats advertised.

  • How large are your plants?

    The sizes vary depending on the plant. Each plant will have the pot size in the description as well as any other details including fullness and approximate height. Great pride is taken in providing you with the best quality, selection and some of the largest sizes available online. We grow our plants and an extensive amount of time to ensure that you get well established healthy and full plants everytime. Our standards are high to ensure quality will never be in question. Below is a picture of one of our alocasias (right) and an alocasia ordered elsewhere online compared to a 1 liter water bottle (center). This photo just emphasizes the quality and size we offer. We want to continue to offer the best quality and selection to you in hopes that you come back in the future to increase your collection.
